Senior Pastor, Rev. Mindy Fugarino
Rev. Mindy Fugarino has over 2 decades of experience as an ordained Disciples minister and has had the joy of serving in a variety of settings. Currently, she is the Pastor of IBCC, is the Executive Director of Fruition KC and The Micah Ministry, and is the Co-Facilitator of Platte County Juvenile Office’s, “Adolescents & Parents Together” program. Previously, she has served as a hospice chaplain, pastored congregations, taught in federal prison and juvenile justice programs, worked in a nonprofit with individuals battling addiction and mental health, and helping with addiction recovery and spiritual direction. She currently co-chairs our Region’s Becoming Beloved Community (anti-racism/ pro-reconciliation) Team and partners with social-justice organizations (People People’s Campaign) & trauma-informed organizations. She has a wonderful husband named Robert and they have a daughter, Karyssa, in high school. She loves cats, playing Pickelball, traveling, trying new restaurants, meeting new people, and sharing stories.

Office Administrator, Abigail McCaulley
Abigail joined the team in May of 2023 and is grateful for the opportunity to serve IBCC and The Micah Ministry! She was born in Des Moines, Iowa and raised in Independence, Missouri. She graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She is a silversmith, and has her own sterling silver jewelry company called moringsmith. She plays roller derby with the Kansas City Roller Warriors on the Midtown Misfits, who were the 2023 Rink of Fire Champions! She is the front-woman for a Kansas City Punk band called The Unfinished. She is married to a wonderful man named Harrison. They live in Strawberry Hill, Kansas City, Kansas with their six cats. She is addicted to coffee, loves to travel and explore new places, trying new foods, and meeting new people.

Building Manager & Musical Director, Victor Snow
Victor was born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas, where he graduated from Sumner Academy. As a music major in college, he was active in the Jazz Band and was the bugler for the Woodlands Race Track. Since that time, he's played in jazz and rock bands and composed music for everything from video games to church musical productions. Victor also enjoys building and fixing computers in his basement, which he's converted into a computer workshop and music recording studio. Victor has a wonderful wife named Lori. They live in Independence, Missouri and have five grown children and four cats.
